This has been designed to ensure your personal details are secure against unauthorised access to your account.

We will also occasionally require all Cadi app users to refresh your password. We have a range of security measures in place to prevent malicious attacks seeking to access user accounts.

CRM Platform

As a Pro retailer you will be entering and maintaining  personal details for your Club members, who have signed up to your license edition. The Member sign up process will follow an ‘opt in’ validation process that meets with the GDPR 2018. The process you follow will ensure your compliance with this and other Data Protection regulations.

Data Encryption

We take every opportunity to encrypt  data within our database and Member communication will be via an In App alert, with opt in for email or SMS. We follow industry best practice to prevent unauthorised snooping on communications between the Cadi license user and our servers. We never store your password as plain text, it wil always be encrypted.

24/7 Monitoring

We constantly monitor for suspicious activity to keep your Cadi users. Plus you will get real-time notifications if our system detects suspicious usage patterns and alert the Cadi App member and Pro retailer platform user.

Online Payments

Cadi is not an eCommerce platform, any purchases via the Cadi App will be transacted via the Pro retailer/ club payment platform or account facilities.
